UNIVERSITY CONTEST
DESIGN, BUILD, AND LAUNCH YOUR FIRST SATELLITE
As part of World Space Week 2025 celebrations, RESOLVE, an initiative of SUPARCO and the Space Research Center, University of Central Punjab (UCP), is organizing a series of “Space Camp 2025” workshops in Lahore under the theme “Design, Build, and Launch Your First Satellite”. The program is being held in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Kalam4Solutions, the Pakistan Innovation Fund, and leading academic partners.
The workshops will take place at leading universities in Lahore, including the University of Central Punjab (UCP), University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), and Information Technology University (ITU)
Through practical training with CANSAT and EYASSAT educational kits, participants will gain experience in the complete satellite mission lifecycle- from concept and design to subsystem integration, launch demonstration, and data analysis. Top teams from the workshops will qualify for the National CANSAT Competition in October 2025, which will be the central highlight of World Space Week 2025 activities in Pakistan.
