Teachers' Training & Water-Rocket Workshop - Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Gilgit

Join our hands-on Teachers’ Training and Water-Rocket Workshop taking place across Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Gilgit. Designed for school teachers from both public and private sectors, this practical workshop equips educators with core ideas of rocket science and simple, classroom-ready activities that make STEM come alive.

What the workshop offers

  • Hands-on building: Learn step-by-step how to build a safe water rocket using common PET bottles and inexpensive materials.
  • Live launches: Test and launch rockets outdoors to demonstrate principles like thrust, pressure, trajectory and stability.
  • Foundations of rocket science: Clear, teacher-friendly explanations of the physics behind rockets — mass, force, pressure, drag and angle of launch.
  • Classroom integration: Practical tips and ready-to-use lesson ideas to bring these experiments into classes for students of different ages (recommended for grades 5–10).
  • Safety & materials: Safety protocols, easy risk assessments, and a materials list so you can replicate the activity at your school.

Who should attend

Teachers from science, math and general classrooms in public and private schools who want engaging, low-cost STEM activities that encourage experimentation, teamwork and critical thinking.

Participants will leave confident to build, demonstrate and supervise water-rocket activities in school settings, equipped with lesson outlines, safety checklists and assessment ideas.
